4. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

By submitting prompt suggestions, feedback, reviews, or comments on Viral Prompts, you grant us an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish, display, format, and translate your submission across our platform. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit the content and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Viral Prompts is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or malicious code.
  • Any prompt copied from our website will generate the exact identical visual result depicted in preview previews, given the non-deterministic nature of generative AI.

7. Limitation of Liability
